Printing the 40 recharge cards documented from Microsoft office mobile app

After beautifully arranged your cards as word document on microsoft office mobile app which I pointed out in previous article, the next thing is to print it out.

The printing can be done in two ways which are; printing with a computer system, or printing with your phone. Which I am going guide you step by step.

Printing with a computer system

While using this process, it is advisible that you save your document to your phone's storage and not on 'onedrive', the default saving storage of the app.

To save a word document on your device:

🌼 Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen

🌼 Locate Save As

🌼 Click on This Device

🌼 Then choose the folder to save the document to

🌼 Edit the document name and

🌼 Click save

After you have successfully saved your document on your phone, connect the phone to the computer system with the use of USB cable. Locate the folder and open the document with the computer. Do necessary editions like changing layout (number of columns) and don't if possible. Then follow the normal printing procedures to print.

Printing with your phone

✅ Install Hp Printing Service app and Hp Smart app on your phone.

✅ Connect the printer wirelessly to your phone through the Hp Printing Service app

✅ Go to Microsoft office mobile app and locate the document you want to print

✅ Click the print command

✅ Change the 'Save as PDF' to All printers

✅ Choose your printer and let microsoft online service do its things and receive your hard copy.
